Do you know how to remove the regular end caps on the standard thule square load bar?

Expert Reply:

The regular end caps on the Thule square load bars, # 853-3593, just press in and are held in place by compression. To remove them you would just pull them off. It is a tight fit though and you may need to use a tool, like channel locks, to get the best grip to pull them off.
