According to Reese, their Universal 5th wheel hitch install kit, part # RP30035 is indeed a fit for your 2004 Ford F350. The # RP30035 includes the frame brackets, bed rails and all necessary mounting hardware. .
Whether or not it would be compatible with your air springs will depend on the manufacturer and part number of the system you're using. If your system is a Firestone # F2550 or an Air Lift # AL57298 or # AL57393, the fifth wheel install kit won't interfere.
Generally speaking, if the mounting brackets for the air spring system you're using mount to the underside or the inboard side of the frame members, it'll be compatible with the fifth wheel install kit.
