The Pilot Round Tube Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Receiver Step, # CR-600, will fit only in 2 inch receivers. If your 2007 Toyota RAV4 has a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver opening, then the step will fit. The step has adjustable length and will extend out between 7 to 9 inches.
If you have a 1-1/4 inch receiver then you would use Bully Black Bull LED Round Tube Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Receiver Step, # BBS-1104L, which fits 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitch receivers.
The steps do not come with a pin and clip. If you need a pin and clip you can use Hidden Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3. If you want a locking pin for added security you can use Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, # e98880.
