The Draw Tite Hitch part # 24915 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2014 Kia Soul so it would work well for you. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out as well.

The hitch comes with everything needed for installation, but as far as tools go you would need a torque wrench, 17 mm socket and wrench, and a Phillips head screwdriver.
