Will Bestop Tinted Window Kit, Black Denim # B5812115 Fit On 1998 Jeep Wrangler Factory Soft Top

We need to replace the rear window of a 1998 Jeep Wrangler. Fairly certain it is a factory soft top. Is this brand compatible?

I called Bestop on the Bestop Tinted Window Kit, Black Denim, # B5812115 for your 1998 Jeep Wrangler. They said it will work on the factory soft top and on the Bestop brand soft tops only. So if you have either one it should work fine.
