Will this fit my Ranger? I like the two types of plug in ports.

If your 2003 Ford Ranger came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then you could install 7- and 4-Way connector # 74682. If it did not come with a trailer connector you would first install a 4-Way, # 118344, unless the vehicle already had a 4-Way. Then you would need # ETBC7 to install a functioning 7- and 4-Way. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
