In 1998 Avion had 3 travel trailers that were 34 feet long. The lightest had a dry weight of 6,875 pounds, next up from there weighed 6,880 pounds dry, and the heaviest was 7,085 pounds dry. So all in the same ball park.

Trailer tongue weight is usually 10 to 15 percent of the gross trailer weight so you are looking at least 688 to 1,063 pounds of tongue weight and that is with nothing loaded in the trailer, no propane or water, and so on.

While it is likely that a system rated for 600 to 1,200 pounds tongue weight will work, you really need to know the tongue weight when the trailer is loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of any cargo loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.

I have included a link to a help article on determining tongue weight and another on weight distribution and sway control.
