Curt Class III Hitch Part # 13573 on 2010 BMW X3 Interference with Spare Tire

Question:
Im ready to purchase this hitch for my 2010 BMW X3, but I have concerns about interference with the under floor rmounted spare tire. Do you have any experience with this issue?? I have not removed the spare tire to date, but if it s straight down, the hitch should work. Thank you

The Curt Class III Hitch, part # 13573 will not interfere with the spare tire of your X3. The hitch actually replaces the steel bumper behind the rear fascia, the spare tire is located behind this area and would not affect the hitch installation.
