The trailer hitch you have on your 1999 Honda odyssey will indeed fit your 2003.
Since the installation hardware is intended for one-time use you will want to order the installation hardware kit for your hitch. You can order the kit by entering part number # RHK and then enter the part number of the hitch you have and select the manufacturer of the hitch from the drop-down box. Then just enter how many kits you want and you are good to go.
