I am looking at purchasing a new 2015 Chevy Silverado crew cab with 6 foot bed. Are there any quick install brackets to mount fifth wheel hitch base rails?

We sure do have the kit you are looking for.
I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket and Base Rails # RP50064-58. This kit includes the custom brackets with the base rails.
If you are looking for a fifth wheel hitch also I recommend the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ S20 Slider # C95DR.
