The PullRite 4400 part number you referenced is the Superglide hitch that is designed only to fit Pullrite rails. In order to use this hitch on industry standard rails you would need the Pullrite part number 4409 which we don't carry.
With that adapter you could use the picture frame adapter for Mopar rail kits part # RP30154 that you referenced.
