Looking at the rocky mounts clutch SD fork mount for my 2006 Toyota Tundra PU. I have no C channel to slide the mount pads into. So where do I look to find a C channel to mount into the bed first? thank you,

The cargo management rails that the RockyMounts LoBall Fork Mount Rack part # RKY1097 is designed to fit would have been a dealer option for your 2006 Toyota Tundra. The only place you would be able to get that rail system would be a Toyota dealer.
Another option you would have would be a rack like the Swagman Patrol 2 Bike Rack for Truck Beds - Fork Mount # S64701 that does not require the cargo management rails.
