I spoke with my contact at Bestop and you do not have to have the back glass removed to flip the top open to the Sunrider mode, even when traveling at highway speeds. Of course you wouldn't open the top while driving either. But the glass does not have to come out or be opened. The air/wind will not cause a parachute type of effect!.
