Im looking for a hitch cargor carrier for jeep wranger unlimited 2013. I have done a lot of research and have encountered a couple problems in my search. After market Tire size 285 70 R17. 1. I want to be able to swing open the tail gate while the carrier is in place but empty. 2. I do not want any of the carrier space to be under the spare tire. From watching your youtube fit video those are awesome by the way!!! The pro series PS1040100 is close to meeting my needs, but is about 1 inch too tall and my spare tire will hit the lip of the carrier. think I need 17 inches from center of tire to top of carrier lip. I do not need the gate to swing 100 open. 75 will do, but nothing less than that. If you watch your youtube video for part number PS1040100 my question might make more sense. Thanks for your help in advance.

I believe your best option is going to be the part # C18109. This carrier does not have a rise built into the shank of the carrier so your rear door should open over it without a problem. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest portion of the carrier platform is 11-1/4 inches, so there would be a tiny portion of the carrier that would be covered by the rear spare. Most likely it would only be about an inch.
