Will these stick to a sprayed in bed liner?

A spray-in bed liner can be fairly rough, bumpy, which would make it difficult for adhesive to stick to. What I recommend when installing the Access LED truck bed lighting system, # A70380, is to smooth out the area where you want to attach it. If you can flatten out a small area then that will provide more surface area for the adhesive to stick to.
