Expert Reply:
We do indeed have an aero-style roof rack for your 2009 Audi A3 Sport Back with Panoramic Glass Sunroof and no roof side rails or crossbars.
You can use the link provided to see all options, which include the Thule WingBar Evo rack made of parts # TH711420, # TH710501 and # TH145085. This quality aero bar rack will be quieter than any other type.
It is a good idea to check your Audi owner's manual for any guidance regarding the roof's weight capacity. Keep in mind that the specified limit includes the weight of the rack itself (about 8-lbs) plus the weight of what you load on it.
For reference I have linked you to roof bike racks that will fit these aerodynamic bars. You can choose from fork-mount types like the Swagman # S64710 or the wheel-mount Thule UpRide # TH599000.
