It is not likely that you will be able to open the rear hatch on your 2015 Toyota RAV4 if you have a bike loaded on the Thule T2 Pro XTR bike carrier # TH69TX. The rack sits up pretty high, even when tilted down. Take a look at the video I have linked to see what I mean.
The best option is to use a swinging bike rack such as # TH9027XT which will swing off to the side, with or without bikes loaded, allowing you to open the rear hatch. I have linked a video showing how it works.
