Bulldog Square A-Frame Trailer Jack is Hard to Crank

I have problems with my jack, this sometimes very hard to upload it, that I can do.

You will need to open up the jack at the top and inspect the gears inside. It is possible that you have some dirt/debris inside that is making it hard to operate the jack. If you open it up you should be able to remove the gears, clean them off, and get any grease, dirt, and debris out from the inside.
Then you can put it all back together and add new grease. You will want to crank the jack up and down a few times to get everything lubricated with new grease. After that you may need to add more grease.
If you still have problems then there is likely a problem with the screw and/or nut inside and the jack will need to be replaced. Your jack looks like # BD195318 rated for 3,000 pounds.
