has ford approved the roadmaster battery disconnect yet? I have a 2014 focus which needs the battery disconnected for towing. dealer is not much help. should i call ford directly??

For your 2014 Ford Focus with an automatic transmission and non-adjustable pedals you will need to disconnect the batter when flat towing. The Roadmaster Disconnect Kit part # RM-765 would be a great option except Roadmaster has a note that this system is not recommended with your vehicle.
A simple solution you could use instead is the # DW05312 that will allow for an easy battery disconnection.
