2003 Tahoe. no trailer lights , no electric to trailer harness in rear of vech. Any ideas

Check that the harness that plugs into the rear of the trailer connector is pushed in all the way. I'd recommend using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 on the wiring behind the trailer connector. If you're getting power on the harness but not on the trailer connector, the connector is faulty, damaged or corroded and would need to be replaced with a new connector such as part # HM40975.
If you don't see any power on the harness, you'll need to check the fuse box under the hood. The lid of the fuse box will have a fuse diagram on it, check and replace the fuses for the tow package if needed. If the fuses were blown, be sure to carefully check the wiring on the trailer before plugging it in to the vehicle. If the wiring on the trailer has short circuits, you'll continue to blow fuses every time you plug a trailer in.
