what are the measurements for placing rails # 30035 in a 2015 F 250 short bed from tailgate in.

Installation of the Reese 5th wheel base rail kit # RP30035 in your 2015 Ford-F-250 requires that the rear edge of the rear base rail be positioned 32-1/2-inches from the rear edge of the truck bed. Do not position the rails based on the tailgate, but on the rear edge of the bed itself. The vehicle-specific installation information for this kit in your truck are shown on page 12 of the linked instructions.
