Will these mirrors replace the factory non-tow mirror for GMC 2012 Duramax? Im not sure if the main bracket is different for the tow mirrors or not. Thanks

Yes, you can install K-Source custom towing mirror # KS62094G on your 2012 GMC Sierra even if the truck did not come with factory towing mirrors. This mirror has electric operation, heat, and turn signal functions. If your factory mirrors did not have one or any of these options then by installing the towing mirrors will not give you those functions.
The set, driver and passenger side, is # KS62093-94G. I have linked a video review for you.
