Question:

I would like rear mount cooler but stay in series with front cooler. This makes my cooler lines 5 ft. away from transmission. My stock lines are 3/8,what diameter hose should I use for this extra 10 ft. Derale 13960 96 Tahoe 4wd 4l60e 4000# TT

The Derale Hyper-Cool Remote Cooler Assembly w/ Fan, part # D15865 would be a great fan for your 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD. I have attached a drawing that shows the dimensions for this fan you can take a look at to make sure you choose a location that works for you.

To be able to install this fan, and for the 3/8 inch lines you currently have, the Derale Remote Mounting Kit part # D13022 would work well. This comes with 10 ft of hose, compression fittings, thermostatic fan control and radiator adapter.
