What also do I have to buy to install RRVA126B-2 on my Buick 2002 Lesabre also I am not sure how they attacht to my roof ? there is no drip rail to hook them to

The Rhino Rack # RRVA126B-2 provides the crossbars, but you'll also need the feet # RRRLKVA, and # DK061 clamp kit to attach the feet to the roof of the vehicle.
The clamps attach to the top of the door jambs of the front and rear doors. The clamps are very thin, so they will not affect the operation of the doors in any way, but they're very strong, so there's no fear of the rack coming loose as long as it's been correctly installed according to the instructions.
I've edited a photo showing how the clamps install. The photo shows a different vehicle, but the clamps would install the same way on your LeSabre. For more information, I've linked you to an FAQ article about roof racks.
