I bought a 2003 Silverado 2500 HD and need fifth wheel rails, should I use universal rails?

For your 2003 Silverado 2500 HD I would strongly recommend you go with a custom install fifth wheel rail kit like the # RP50064-58 as they will minimize drilling and cut install time by more than 50 percent.

The part # RP30035 will still fit your truck, but the install will be more difficult and time consuming.
