Question:
I noted two colored wires blue/green?...running lights? Center brown wire for backup Now that leaves the other two brown....one for turn and the other??????

The green wires of the Bargman # 30-84-103 are the running light circuits, the brown wires both operate the turn/brake lamp signals and the black wire is for the revers lamp, as shown in the photo I've edited for you.
Bargman also offers an LED version of the same lamp, as part # 47-84-103. LED's last longer, are brighter and consume only a fraction of the power that an incandescent lamp does. This lamp would wire up as mentioned above.
