Is the center pieces of this rail system available to convert the similar 5th wheel under-bed system to this gooseneck system?

We do have a hitch head kit that will work with your rails if you have the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Rails, part # RP30868. It is the Reese Adapter, part # RP30158. This adapter will not work with the Reese Elite Under-Bed Rails, part # RP30064.
If you do not have the # RP30868 Under-bed rail kit we do have an adapter that will let you use the under-bed fifth wheel rails along with your fifth wheel hitch in your 2013 GMC Sierra for a gooseneck trailer.
I recommend an adapter like the Bulldog Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter, part # BD0289640300. This adapter installs in your gooseneck outer tube on your trailer and allows you to be able to tow your gooseneck trailer with your fifth wheel hitch installed in the rails on your truck.
