No Power to Running Lights on a 2014 Chevy Silverado

Question:

I have a 2014 Silverado and I also have no power to running lights. have no power at the plug. tested with test light but no power. I am going to call dealer but was wondering if anyone has figured out whats going on?

The first thing I would check is the factory tow package fuses. Check your owners manual to locate all the fuse locations.

Secondly, check for frayed or pinched wires and check the inside of your 2014 Chevy Silverado trailer connector for any loose or corroded connections.
