Yes, we can get you all of the replacement hardware, including the blocks, for Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24863 for your 2014 Ford Mustang. You will need # RHK. Enter the hitch number and manufacturer where indicated on that page and the correct hardware kit will be assembled for that hitch.
I also recommend getting some extra 7/16 inch bolt leaders, # 80103-1, which will be used during the installation of the hitch. I have included a link to a video showing installation of the hitch for you.
