Do you make one the same but that extends to 5 feet

Not exactly, but I can come up with a 5 foot long adapter that has a 7-way male on one end and a 4-way female on the other. Basically you would need the # 18045 and then to plug in the # PK12716 into the corresponding end and you would be good to go.
