My wife owns a 2008 Toyota Sienna with towing package via a 1.25inch inch opening for the receiver. Is there a rubber tube cover for a 1.25inch trailer that is similar to the CURT product I-728

The Curt Rubber Hitch Tube Cover for 2-Inch Trailer Hitch Receivers, part # I-728 that you referenced, does have a similar mating product for smaller 1-1/4-inch size hitches such as the one on your wife's 2008 Toyota Sienna. The Curt Rubber Tube Cover # C22271 differs slightly in that it does not have the retaining ring that slips over the receiver tube to prevent loss of the cover.
