Hello, neighbors and friends. Steve here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're looking at our Camco RV Portable Propane Campfire with included storage bag, regulator, and an eight foot long hose. So folks, this portable campfire, when it's fully assembled, will look something like this, and it's gonna let you have a campfire experience at a campground that maybe has fire restrictions or those kind of things. You don't have to worry about buying expensive campground wood or bringing wood with you. Just one less thing to worry about.
It's gonna be great for residential porch and patio use. It's got a nice, large 14 and a half inch diameter burner ring here in the center to allow for even distribution of gas and flame. The elevated fire tray here is also heat resistant, and the base is going to keep everything up off the ground whenever it's in use. Now they do come with lava rocks. I left them in the bag, just 'cause they're already kind of dusty and dirty or whatnot, and I wanna keep them in a single place.
The legs, like I was saying, do fold down for storage. And it has a nice eight foot long hose with the included regulator that's rated at 65,000 BTUs per hour. Now the decorative side will glow whenever there's a fire lit. You've got some nice patriotic stars and stripes going on here. And you get a nice, good, big carrying case included.
So now that I've gone over the stove, let's go over how to pack it up when you're done. So obviously let it cool down, and then you simply will fold the legs up. And simply fold in. Very, very simple. Grab your bag.
Put it in the bag. Make sure that the zippers all the way up and around. I put the regulator in there next. And then obviously, you would already have your lava rock in place, so your lava rock would already be in the ring and everything, so it's gonna be even quicker for you whenever it comes time to do it. And then you simply zip the bag closed, and then you got two nice handles that you can carry, and you're on your way. The whole thing is maybe 20 pounds, give or take. I have not weighed it, so just take that at my word for you. But very nice, portable RV propane campfire with storage bag. Folks, this is the Camco option. Again, I'm Steven. We received the fire pit today and set it up right away. It was just what we were hoping for and can not wait to use it camping this weekend. As always E-trailer is the best.
Perfect for the campsite. No messing with wood, no uncontrolled smoke getting into the coach or making you move. Makes a gathering around the fire trouble free and pleasant. The only negative and it is a small negative, the red control knob should have a start and stop point with Off-L-M-H markings. Mine spins around with no stops and it is guess work when first lighting, But I still like it.
This propane fireplace worked great while camping. I was allowed to use this at campsites that did not allow wood fire. A nice touch to camping.
Excellent option for camping in areas with restrictions. Provides a nice amount of heat and is not to small or too big so it can be easily transported without compromising space. Excellent customer service with e-trailer. Highly recommend product and e-trailer!
Great little propane fire pit. Easy setup. Nice adjustable flame size. Puts out lots of heat. Only negative has nothing to do with the performance. There's lots of dust in the bag with the lava rocks. I should have opened the bag in a location where all the dust from the rocks banging together wouldn't matter. They should be opened and the rocks taken out leaving residue in the bag to be disposed of.
Product was delivered on time and in great condition, still works like a charm. Have bought several items from etrailer and HIGHLY Recommend.
This will work great for places with fire restrictions. It seemed a little small at first but after setting it up, it puts out a lot of heat. Looking forward to bringing it with us on some of our excursions.
I must have selected the wrong Camco Pit. I thought I ordered the on with the metal lid and has logs. But I will live with this one. As usual Etrailer provided great service.
First test looks good. Going to cover aerator ports for a better flame. Looking forward to camping with this next month.

I like the portability while the wife likes being smoke free. Setup and take down are much easier with no campfire to extinguish. Pretty with heat.
All is as good as anyone would expect, excellent service, e-mails are informative, shipping was ahead of time, I’ll be ready for memorial weekend!

We purchased the Camco fire pit a year ago. We use it every time we camp. It is so easy to set up within minutes we have a relaxing fire to look at and no mess to clean up. When we have had enough we just turn the valve and can turn in with no worries of hot ashes . Mu son purchased a camper this past year and right away we ordered him his own Camco fire pit. He used it and right away told me you are right this is great! I would recommend this item to everyone.
