Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a look at the Essential Spoon for camping outdoors. This can have a lot of different uses for you out in the outdoors while you're cooking and your camping kitchen, can just use it as a spoon, or you can also use it as a spatula, a measuring spoon as well. So let's take a little closer look at it and make sure that this is going to be the right fit for you.Something that's kind of neat about it is that it has the silicone tip bowl. So that extends out that bowl or the ladle part of our spoon. And that's where we can hold up to a tablespoon of liquid or a dry goods.

So if you want to use this as a measuring spoon for flour or spices or liquid or anything else works out really well. Again, it can also be used to scrape, so you can use this to scrape the bottom of the pan, get that last drop of soup out of the pot, whatever the case might be, or just use it to stir and sip. Makes it really handy for all kinds of different things. I personally always like eating everything with a spoon. I just feel like it is the superior utensil.

This would probably be something that I would put in my pack.As far as the length and size overall, it's just shy of 10 inches, about nine and seven eighths of an inch. The spoon part or the ladle part is about an inch and a half, and it's about five eighths of an inch thick. So it should just slide easily into a pocket pack, pretty easily weighs under an ounce. So it's not going to take up too much weight or space in your pack. It is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
