Just a comment!!! You often hear the phrase "Under promise and over deliver". You folks did that and more. I ordered from you on 11-17-03 at 4:16pm. When I arrived at home on 11-18-03 at 4:30pm your packages had arrived earlier in the day. I really expected to have it by Friday 11-21-03 at the earliest. Your website side it would take me approx. 40 minutes to install...your wrong... it took me 30. What a great experience, from ordering to receiving to installing. Scott
