Most orders go great but the reality is, regardless of vender occasionally things go south. etrailer simply does a good job when things go wrong. And following up a year latter shows a customer service department that understands asking for a 5 star rating before UPS leaves the driveway is rather dumb. Thanks, Keep up the good work, service is forever.

My travel trailer came with one of these that was not the greatest quality. This replacement has been great. Very easy to install and no issues.

Have not installed this as it is larger than I thought. Looks to be good quality!
