Navigating etrailer.com is super easy and I love that I could bundle the windshield wipers I needed for my 2008 Highlander. The wipers instructions were easy to put on (simple J-hook), though it took a bit of effort to pull them to snap and lock into place. I was worried about the curve of the blade, but it doesn't streak and it's very light and isn't bulky.
This is my second order with eTrailer. Both purchases were easy to order, with fast delivery, and great prices. It shows the delivery status through each stage at their company, and includes the individual's name and photo. [online store] could learn something from these folks..........!
Once I figured out how to put on the adapter that fit my car(I was afraid if breaking something so I was going more on the side of caution) installation was a snap.
