The wipers had a wrong type of attachment,

had problems with the original wipers, not what was pictured online. but contacted company, and they sent me a new pair, all good. and they are still working a year later.

Navigating etrailer.com is super easy and I love that I could bundle the windshield wipers I needed for my 2008 Highlander. The wipers instructions were easy to put on (simple J-hook), though it took a bit of effort to pull them to snap and lock into place. I was worried about the curve of the blade, but it doesn't streak and it's very light and isn't bulky.

Your service was good. Unfortunately for me I ordered the wrong wiper blades and damaged them attempting to install them. I contacted My RV manufacturer, they are sending the correct wipers.

Once I figured out how to put on the adapter that fit my car(I was afraid if breaking something so I was going more on the side of caution) installation was a snap.
