The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56217 should all be plugging in in the center of your vehicle under all of the trim panels as opposed to near the driver's side on your 2020 Lexus RX 350 L. If you check out the linked photo and installation video of this kit on a 2019 Toyota Highlander to help demonstrate this.

Hello Manny, thanks for reaching out. The best way to cut the bumper fascia is with a rotary tool. This will make cutting very easy and it will give you a nice clean cut. A lot of our installers in our videos will just use tin snips or a utility knife, but we do this type of install virtually every day, so we are quite familiar and comfortable with it. Hello Josh, thanks for reaching out. Sadly, there are not any custom fit hitch option for the 2019 Lexus RX 450h L. In order to put a hitch on your Lexus you would need to have a shop fabricate the Curt Weld-On # E-9 receiver to fit your vehicle.
