Hi Damon; as far as we know you will still need the relay to install the Prodigy P3 # 90195 on your 2009 Porsche Cayenne. There isn't a wiring harness that can work around this. However, you will not need to assemble your own wiring harness since you can use the # TK22FR for plug and play. Follow the instructions below from the tech bulletin to add in the relay.
