According to my research, your 640310CXX1J0 part number is the same as a Penguin II so our Dometic Penguin II High Efficiency RV Air Conditioner # DMC76ZR will work. It does install with bolts coming up from inside as opposed to down from the roof, yes.

It is a great idea to use the RV Sewer Hose Carrier for fishing poles. You can lock the Valterra RV Sewer Hose Carrier part # A04-5094BK with a padlock using the hole in the lid on the ends of the carrier. The hole measures a little less than 1/4". I recommend to use Master Lock Covered, Solid Body Padlock part # 131D to lock it.

The lid of a MaxxFan Deluxe like # MA00-07500K is going to sit approximately 15mm (5/8") above the roof of the RV. There can be a bit of difference with this depending on the curvature of the roof so I measured from where the flange would sit when it's fully mounted.

I can certainly point you in the right direction. For the rear axle of your 2019 Hymer Aktiv Motorhome, I recommend the SumoSprings # SSR-313-54. These are the 2,800 lb capacity jounce springs. They will replace the factory bump stops and do a great job of leveling your ride, and absorbing shock.
