The Ultra Breeze # DMC38FR would be the correct fit for a Dometic/Fan-Tastic Vent RV roof vent. It has slots that would allow mounting points through to clip the vent cover on. It also comes with mounting brackets that would just reuse the mounting screws that hold the vent to the roof if you don't have the correct attachment points.
