These instructions will come with the winch mount, and said the 4-bolt pattern was 4.9" x 3” (124 x 76mm), and 2-bolt on the center line of fairlead/drum of 3.15” (80mm). Since you have 2 different sized bearings, you likely have a 3,500 lbs axle on your Karavan trailer so you'll need the Bearing Kit # BK2-100. This uses L44649 and L68149 bearings so all you have to do is check your older bearings for part numbers (see attached) to see if these match or not.
If you can't find the part numbers, just measure the spindle where the bearings ride with a digital caliper and we can make sure you get the right kit!

For a winch that is to be used on a boat trailer I recommend a winch that uses either a poly rope or a strap so you don't need to worry about corrosion.
The two-speed winch I recommend is the Fulton, part # F142425. This winch has a 3,200-lb capacity and comes with a 20-foot heavy duty strap included.
