Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at Putco Stainless Steel Rocker Panels with the vehicle etching on them. Now, these are a custom fit part, these are designed to fit the 2007 to 2014 GMC Sierra 1500, 2500, and 3500 Crew Cab trucks, and on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if these will work for your application. Now this kit will add a nice custom style to your vehicle, it's a nice polished finish, which will provide a nice classy look and brilliant shine to your vehicles, and what's nice is these will protect your side panels from any damage from rocks and road debris. They are constructed of a nice high quality 304-grade stainless steel, and I mentioned they have the vehicle etching on them, I just wanna zoom in and show you a closeup. You can see these fit the GMCs, so they have a nice etching of the GMC on there.
And also if you noticed, if I turn this inside, the panels will match the contour of the vehicle, and it does include the panels for both sides of the vehicle, they will be labeled, if you look at here, this one says 2D, and they label them from front to back like P1, P2, or D1, D2, and of course P meaning passenger's side, D meaning driver's side. These do install easily, you can see they have a pre-applied 3M tape on the back, so there's no cutting or drilling required. These parts are made in the USA. The polished stainless steel chrome Pillar Posts have been a great addition to an already beautiful Red Cadillac Escalade. They are high quality and have retained a beautiful shine. I've literally been through over 200 touchless car washes and they still look great and they keep the vehicle looking new. The logo/brand etching is awesome too. A classy addition to a classy vehicle.
They need to be installed by someone with a straight eye and patience, but the result is amazing. I installed them myself.
eTrailer and the manufacturer did a great job getting them to me on time and in mint condition.
I found that carnauba wax and a microfiber cloth are best for keeping them looking new.
