The MT64 monotube struts and shocks use 2-3/4" aluminum bodies for fade-free performance over long miles. Digressive valving reacts quickly to changing terrain so the ride feels planted and predictable on pavement or rough ground. Built to handle heat and abuse, the aluminum construction helps keep temperatures stable, while replaceable shaft guards protect against trail wear.
Factory rear springs can bounce when unloaded or wander when you’re carrying gear. The included multi-leaf packs replace them entirely, improving traction, reducing axle hop, and giving a smoother, more stable feel whether the bed is empty or loaded. Each pack runs a combined 4?+ 2 leaf setup with a 66 mm stack height and tuned spring rates of 157/482 lbf/in for balanced comfort and control.
A lift can throw suspension angles out of spec if left unchecked. The included forged upper control arms keep geometry right where it should be after adding height. Grease-free bushings and high-strength ball joints reduce maintenance while improving steering response and tire wear. With this setup, your suspension cycles smoothly and parts last longer under real-world conditions.
