Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the DeeZee Specialty Series Truck Bed Transfer Tank. And today we're taking a look specifically at the aluminum silver tank with the tread plate design. But this tank is also available made from 14-gauge steel and two other options on our website at etrailer.com, part number DZ91753S, steel construction with white finishing. Also, part number DZ91753SB. That's a steel construction with black finishing.They all have a capacity of 108 gallons, and these tanks offer a safe, convenient way to transfer liquids. According to the warning label right here on top of the tank, it is intended to be used for combustible fuels only, such as diesel fuels with flashpoints greater than 38 degrees Celsius, or 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.Now, these tanks, all of them feature a corrosion-resistant design inside and out.

You'll notice that is a rectangular design, so it's versatile. It allows you to place the tank wherever space permits in your truck bed. At the end of the video I will give you the external dimensions as well as the mounting dimensions.Also, I do want to point out that the tank features a nice radius curve design. Not only does that offer a good look, but it also allows liquid to move freely around corners. And that's gonna eliminate pressure on 90 degree weld point.

So, that's a great design to have.Also, internally in these tanks, there are baffles. And those are designed to help control liquid movement. The drainage plug is located right here. It's got a nice welded design to it. And the drainage plug allows the tank to be drained by gravity.It does feature a lockable breathing cap, which reduces pressure and eliminates the vacuum effect when pumping fuel out of the tank.

Lock not included, but it does have a slot here, that way you could pass through a lock, keep it in the closed position, and then it's just a simple twist when you are ready to open it, and vent.Pretty simple installation. The transfer tank mounts to the floor of the truck bed using the built-in feet. So, there's four feet on the unit. That's these tabs right here. Mounting hardware not included.The product is made in the USA and covered with a limited lifetime warranty.Now I did take a measurement.

I measured from edge-to-edge, going this direction. Got a measurement of 48 inches long. The overall width, that's the measurement from front-to-back, measures 24 inches wide. And then, the overall height from the bottom of the feet, to the top of the tank was 24 inches tall. And then, you'll need to add about 3-1/2 inches to the highest measurement, or to the height measurement to determine clearance for the vented cap.And then, right here we have our standard cap, which allows us to fill the tank.Now again, it does have four feet. So I took a measurement from the center of this mount hole, to the center of this mount hole, going straight, and got a measurement of 35-5/8 inches apart on center. And then, going this direction, from the center of this mount hole, to the center of this mount hole, at a straight line, gave a measurement of 25-1/8 inches.That's gonna do it for today's look at the DeeZee Specialty Series Truck Bed Transfer Tank.
