Colin: Hey, guys, it's Colin here at etrailer. Today we have a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, and we're going to be test fitting the Westin custom fit truck bed mat. Now, this mat has been designed for your six and a half foot bed on your Silverado, and it's going to just cover the entire bed of your truck and help protect it from any type of dents or scratches and stuff like that.Obviously, this particular Silverado has a spray-in bed liner, but if yours doesn't, this is especially useful because it's really going to help protect it from scratches. You can kind of see on the end of the tailgate right here, this part's not covered with the liner, and you can see it's already got a ton of scratches and stuff on it. So with this bed mat, that could have easily prevented it. And obviously, with the spray-in bed liner, it'll still help with dents and other stuff like that.What's pretty cool is that this is custom fit, like I said.
You can see how it lines the contours of our truck bed very well. Goes around the wheel wells, as you can see up here, to really give us that maximum coverage of our bed.Now the bottom side is going to have these nibs. These are going to help the mat stay in place while it's sitting in our bed. You can see as I try to push it around or pull it, it's really staying in place. It's doing a great job of staying in place.Now, I'll show you guys a couple other things right here.
Whenever you want to toss stuff from the bed of your pickup, this is really when you could see a lot of damage on the bed of your truck, if you're tossing in little things like that. If you're putting toolboxes in here or heavy items like coolers or even compressors, stuff like that, you might end up damaging your bed. So this is really going to help make sure that that doesn't happen. What's nice is that if it gets dirty or even you spill some chemicals on it, such as oil, battery acid, or even gasoline, you can spray it right off and the the mat's going to be just fine.Now it's got a 100% rubber construction to it. It's about five sixteenths of an inch thick, so it's going to be very tough and durable, and like I said, really help protect your bed from any of those dents from you tossing your stuff in the bed of your truck.
It also goes all the inaudible 00:02:12 covers, so if you are going on a vacation or something, you've got a bunch of luggage you want to throw it back here, the rubber construction is also pretty soft, so you're not going to have to worry about your luggage or anything getting scratched like it might from this spray-in bed liner.Well, thank you all for watching and hope this information helped you out. Truly an exact fit for my 2002 Access Cab Tundra. A bit stinky at first, but I'm used to that with new rubber mats. It's thick and seems durable. Definitely kind of "tacky", so things won't be sliding around in the bed.
Great product at a great price. Fits my truck perfectly. It looks relatively thick and well made and it lays pretty flat in the truck bed. It has good grip to it so that stuff doesn’t slide around. I’m very pleased. I also want to mention that Etrailer has great customer service. I’ve had to call them a few times in the past on orders and they’ve always been helpful, kind and honest. This is a great company that does a great job of trying to help their customers.
Really nice, heavy, great fitting mat for the bed of my truck. Things don't slide around on it and it's great cushioning for my knees when I have to crawl around back there.

Good fit. Not tight but good. Heavy mat. My Tacoma has rear tie downs on the floor so I trimmed to fit.
The mat is fine but it was packed and shipped horribly. It arrived almost unrolled and out of the shrink wrap. Have not unrolled it yet to check for damage.
Mat order was placed on 02/12/22 & received 02/18/22. Installed in 2022 Silverado LTD RST Crew Cab with bed length ~70". Full 3/8" thick mat weighed in at 42-43 lbs. Fit could not be better at all 4 corners & wheel wells. Completely satisfied.
Arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted/ expected. Don't pay attention to the torn plastic that was due to me tearing into it before thinking "Oh I should get a picture first"

My Toyota Tundra is 20 years old and in almost new shape. I bought this truck bed mat not knowing for sure what to expect. I believe they measure wit a laser or something similar because it's a perfect fit, edges, corners, fuel well, etc. I WILL be using them again when needed.
Everything went perfectly. Because the mat was for an older truck your site was able to guarantee the fit. That took away all of my concerns.
Been one year since installing in my truck and it is like brand new. Great quality and very durable. Will probably outlast my truck. I would highly recommend Westin truck bed mats.
