Awesome experience! As a do-it-yourself install, I was hopping for the best, but expecting the worst. I was presently surprised to find that the install was a breeze. All bolt holes lined up perfectly, no alignment issues here. I did the install by myself with only one tool, a socket wrench. This was easier than changing oil. The hitch mount is great quality and gives me peace of mind when carrying my dirt bike on a hitch rack. I would have thought the pin needed to attach the ball mount would have been included with either the ball mount or the hitch. Now I'm faced with paying additional shipping on that item. Also on older models such as the 2000 Quest, it is very likely that a Thread tap would be needed to clean the mounting net threads. I had to buy one and perhaps that info should be included when selling a hitch for an older vehicle.96500

Ok here it goes, I got the trailer hitch installed and got the wiring
installed but the holes in the hitch did not line up very well I m

Buy a 12mm x 1.25 tap while you wait for the hitch. A wire brush does not cut the mustard trying to get bolts started on a 12 year old nissan quest if it takes the large 12mm bolts. Cleaned up 6 bolt holes and a little elbow grease ,and its in.350048

East to install. Bolteted right up and was able to install by myself. You will need to buy a tap to clean the bolt holes up if your vehicle has been on the road a few years due to rust where the bolts go. 121896
