When snow piles up or roads turn icy, these pewag ladder-pattern chains put the power down where it matters. The grooved square links cut into the surface better than traditional square or round links, giving solid forward traction in snow, ice, or mud. That ladder layout grips each time the tire rolls, keeping you moving when conditions get slick.
It’s frustrating when chains wear out after only a few runs. These chains are made to last longer thanks to a reversible design that lets you flip them over once one side wears down. By using both sides of each link, you double the usable life without losing strength or traction over time.
Getting chains snug shouldn’t be a chore. The built-in cams make tensioning straightforward—just twist them with the included tool until everything pulls tight around the tire. Drive forward a bit, recheck, and you’re set. For an even firmer hold, rubber adjusters (sold separately) can be added.

Heavy winter use calls for tough materials, and this setup delivers. Each chain is built from nickel manganese alloy steel that’s case-hardened for strength and corrosion resistance. The hardened shell resists wear and rust while the strong core takes on repeated stress without cracking, so they hold up through demanding winter driving.
These chains come as a pair and fit 20"–24" tires, giving coverage for large setups that see snow-packed roads or steep, icy climbs. Whether you’re breaking trail or hauling through winter weather, their heavy-duty build and grooved link design keep traction steady all season long.
These chains fit the following tire sizes:

Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the pewag All Square 5.6 millimeter Snow Tire Chains. These are gonna be a ladder pattern style chain, so they're gonna be a little more rough of a ride than the diagonal or diamond pattern chains, but that's not a huge deal, these aren't gonna be the roughest ride of all of them though, there are some all square snow tire chains that are a little bit bigger, these are 5.6 millimeters linked thick, so these are relatively larger, but not as big as they can go, so they're gonna get you a decent amount of traction, and these are gonna be less traction than some of the V-bar style chains. These do have a little bit stronger steel material, it's manganese nickel alloy, some of them are low carbon steel, so these are definitely winning when it comes to how hard and how strong they are, so they should last a long time. And one thing I like about it is just the cam tensioners, they really do help get a really nice fit on the chain, so that is something to kinda think about, just because as treads start to kinda go down, sometimes the diameter of your tire changes ever so slightly, so with the cam tensioners, you can be confident that they're as tight as they can be, so they're not gonna fall off or anything and damage the vehicle. These won't damage your wheels, so notice how we have a very large amount of gap between the chain and our rims, so even if we we're in very, very thick, heavy snow where it's pushing in on the side walls, it's not gonna go and scratch our wheels, that's something I look at, just because these are nice and I wanna keep them nice, so you don't have to worry about that with these. If you wanna put these on just the back wheels of whatever vehicle you may have, you can do that, it does come in a pack of two, but if you do wanna put it on the front wheel as well, you're gonna have to grab two of these.
So they have a pretty big bag and it's not a canvas bag, so it is not gonna rip near as easily, so that's a good thing. There's plenty of room in the bag too to get all the chains in there, so you don't have to worry about just kinda having to stuff stuff in. A lot of times, when you get products, sometimes, they don't get packaged up as nice and neatly as they did before, but with these, they have plenty of room in this bag. But once it's all in there, it's about this size, it'll fit underneath your backseat or in your toolbox, whatever you have going on on your vehicle. But when it comes to these, I think they're gonna be a pretty good option for you.
And that's pretty much it for a look at the pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains with cam tensioners..

I double checked the Pewag fit guide and your tire size calls for this chain. We will be in touch to request photos of the backwards links and follow up with you about getting you properly fitting chains.
