When winter throws down heavy snow or slick ice, these grooved square links get serious traction where it counts. The grooves let each link dig in harder than standard square or round ones, gripping the surface so you can climb steep grades, get out of deep drifts, or maneuver through icy ruts without losing momentum. The net pattern layout covers your tread evenly for strong forward motion, braking, and lateral hold.
This net-style chain design spreads grip across the entire tire, so you’re not just pulling forward—you’re staying planted in every direction. That means you get more control when cornering or braking on packed snow, ice, or even soft soil and mud. It’s the kind of traction setup that heavy trucks and work rigs rely on when the weather turns rough and the road disappears under snow.
Fighting with frozen links and loose chains can ruin a winter day. These chains simplify the process with built-in tensioners that tighten fast around the tire—just pull the side chain until it cinches and secure it with the spring clip. There are no extra parts to misplace, and the assisted tensioning keeps everything snug and centered while you drive.
These chains aren’t just about traction—they’re built tough for repeated use in harsh winter conditions. The titanium alloy steel construction resists corrosion and holds up well against abrasion from snow, ice, and grit. That means you get a chain that keeps its strength and bite season after season instead of wearing out after a few trips.
Whether you’re tackling mountain passes, icy haul roads, or backcountry snow, this set of two chains is made for heavy-duty traction. Designed for 15" to 18" tires, they’re tough enough for demanding conditions and built to help keep you moving when the snow piles up and the job still needs to get done.
These chains fit the following tire sizes:
Ratings & Reviews
haven't put theses on the Chevy yet. They look like a tuff chain that can take some abuse.
Best Made ChainsI have a set for the front and rear wheels on my F350 with Detroit lockers and 19.5 commercial truck tires. I have used the chains both on and off road, in mud and snow. They have been, so far, indestructible. They are heavy as hell, but go on remarkably easy and tension is adjusted easier than any other chain I have used. They look AWESOME and the only downside is all the stares and questions you will get about where to buy them!
