When the road turns slick or you’re tackling steep, frozen climbs, the V-bar studs on these chains grab hold. Each twist link has sharp V-shaped cleats that dig in and break through the surface of the ice to give you steady traction when it matters most. They’re built for deep snow and icy roads where standard chains can start to slip.

The ladder-style cross chain pattern gives these chains a strong, predictable grip that’s perfect for starting from a stop or easing down an icy grade. That even spacing between the cross links helps the tires hold traction through acceleration and braking, so you stay in command of your movement instead of spinning or sliding.
Heavy snow and ice can be tough on gear, but these chains are made from low-carbon steel to handle it. The 0.281" (7 mm) links are strong and durable for repeated use without losing their shape. The material holds up against wear from rough roads and packed snow, giving you reliable performance season after season.
When you’re backing up or crossing uneven ground, you don’t want hardware coming undone. These chains rely on a simple manual connection design—no levers or cams—to keep everything locked in place. They stay put through bumps, ruts, and reverse driving, so you can focus on getting through the tough spots instead of stopping to readjust.
Each set includes chains for both the driver’s and passenger’s sides of a dual-tire axle, giving you full coverage where you need traction most. When the job’s done, everything fits neatly into the reusable canvas storage bag. With a maximum speed rating of 30 mph and a fit range for 20" – 22-1/2" tires, these chains are built to handle serious winter conditions efficiently.
These chains fit the following tire sizes:

Had to use them on a hill on the property. Went on okay, turned the Ram 3500 into a tank.

Thanks for including the video Cody! I hope the firewood helped keep you and yours warm because that sure does look extra chilly! Our snow is finally starting to melt in Missouri.

The chains have worked well. we had a lot of ice this winter and truck never got stuck while plowing. Love the extra traction of chains on both of the duals.
